If 7 Business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. To be eligible to return your items they must be unused and in the same condition as received. Items not in its original condition, damaged, or missing for reason not due to our error will not be accepted for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. If you are approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 Business days. You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com or skinloverssoaps.com.
We are now open for curbside pickup! Once your order is placed, we will notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup. We will do our best to get your order ready for you as soon as possible. Watch your email closely for more information. Pickup times dates are Monday- Saturday from 10am-5pm. If orders are not picked up within 3 business days the order will be restocked and you will not be refunded for the order.
Orders are processed in the order that they are received. Please allow 3-4 business days for processing and shipping. Please note you will receive an email confirmation once orders have been shipped.
